For years we put mental health in its own category, distinct from our physical health. In reality, mental health is just one part of our overall well being. And just like physical health, it fluctuates all the time. Some days we’re in great shape mentally, other days we’re not feeling well at all. And just like with our physical health, there are times when our mental health gets to the point where we need to see a professional for some treatment.
